RON BURRESS, CEO/PRESIDENT

 

For 15 years, Ron  has worked at the forefront of branding through search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, blog marketing, social media, and ColdFusion development. As a recognized industry thought leader, he regularly speaks at search marketing events put on by organizations such as the American Marketing Association, SLCSEM.org, and California Valley Entrepreneurial Forum.

 

Prior to starting SEO Consulting Expert, Ron was Vice President of Global operations in SEO efforts for 7 years, a provider of hosted digital incentive solutions for point-of-sale. In addition, he has held leadership positions with PPG Industries and W.R. Grace Company where he was able to use his experience to drive strategic partnerships, product management, and business development.

For me, single-minded focus on building client business is the key. In pursuit of that goal, I have been guided by three principles: First, establish, enhance and maintain client relationships based on trust. Trust is so important because it affords us the permission to take calculated risks and allows us to be more innovative and creative in responding to client challenges.

 

Second, maintain a stable core of superior talent for all clients. The talent crisis in our business is very real and we have taken major steps to insure the growth and stability of our talent pool for the future.

 

Third (and most important), we are laser-focused on client results. Increasing brand sales, awareness and purchase intent have been the hallmarks of SEO Consulting Expert’s success.

Burress earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University (Fullerton).

 

Roland Wade, COO

 

Roland has over 12 years of SEM experience in developing and implementing new business ventures for emerging technology businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. He brings with him a diverse background that includes operations, customer support, sales and marketing, and product development.  Roland has a very high success rate of Business Development and developing individuals into Top Performers in a direct sales and customer management capacity.

 

Wade also holds a weekly SEO-chat on Twitter to interview experts in the online marketing space. His experience includes online marketing consulting with hundreds of enterprise clients as well as small businesses.

 

Wade graduated from BYU-Idaho in Information Systems and Business Management.

 

Dennis Caffey, Chief Technical Officer

 

 Dennis has been an innovative force in SEO and Internet marketing for the last 10 years. He has initiated successful campaigns for Warner, Target, TGF, BDI Industries, and many other prominent companies. He has worked independently as an Internet Marketing and SEO Consultant for many years and has worked with top SEO agencies managing clients and development teams.

 

His winning SEO analysis, strategies and implementation techniques have enabled clients gain a foothold in their verticals and actively grow their online businesses with his dynamic and successful involvement in the evolution of this important online marketing channel.

 

Frank Krogman, Senior Optimization, has over 10 years of SEO and is acknowledged as one of the industry’s top experts. He also has over 30 years of business, investment and securities, Internet and entrepreneurial experience. He is the creator of many successful Internet applications and products and an internationally renowned speaker, delivering information on topics such as business systems for success, theme  web sites, Google’s co-occurrence matrix, and beyond search engine marketing to name a few.

 

Jeff Bradshaw, Vice President E Marketing is the lead strategist in developing and implementing successful online marketing programs for SEO Consulting Expert clients. Possessing expert knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics along with its related tools and applications, he has helped clients succeed in highly competitive industries.

 

Jeff is a senior advisory to the technology team in charge of developing SEO Consulting Expert’s proprietary Internet marketing optimization platform. His responsibilities include but are not limited to determining the critical variables involved in campaign management, intelligence gathering, and evaluation of processes related to optimization strategies.

 

 

Donna Holiday, comes to SEO Consulting Expert.com with 15 years experience in finance and business operations. Most recently, Holiday was the vice president of finance and operations at Nexeo, a Utah-based recruiting and HR consulting company. In three years, she created operational procedures and created a structure that helped the company to efficiently triple revenue. Donna also worked in similar roles with the Robert I. Merrill Company and Tax Mind, LLC. Where she earned an MBA .

 

Lara O’Brien, Esq.

 

As a skilled lawyer, I work with SEO Consulting Expert to provide creative solutions that address their day-to-day workplace issues. My experiences both as in-house counsel and with a number of regulatory agencies, providing me with critical insight into offering SCE and clients effective human resources solutions that help reduce their risk.

 

My practice knows which federal, state and local laws apply to businesses nationwide.  I conduct on-site compliance reviews, provide management training and work with SEO Consulting Expert to develop compliance programs.  I also provide legal counsel and representation to SCE clients found to be non-compliant.  I represent SCE before governmental agencies and boards and work out programs to bring them into compliance.
